This Vista-Linked Wellness Course Has Two Price Tags |
The hormones are complicated. The checkout page does not need to be. |
“Find the root cause.”
Three words.
One powerful promise.
And, apparently, two possible billing arrangements.
Michele Davis Kostedt operates Holistic Wellness & Coaching, a business associated with Vista through her professional profiles.
She describes herself as a registered nurse with more than 25 years in healthcare.
Her business focuses on women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause.
It sells courses, coaching, laboratory testing and supplement guidance.
But before investigating inflammation, hormones or midlife brain fog, customers may need to solve a smaller mystery:
What does the course cost?
$49 Once—or Every Month?
Holistic Wellness & Coaching sells “Designed to Thrive: Rethinking Hormones & Whole-Body Health.”
The self-paced course includes six approximately 15-minute lessons, an introduction and two downloadable guides.
Topics include hormones, midlife symptoms, laboratory results, lifestyle habits and hormone therapy.
The course page advertises $49, reduced from $97.
It calls that a one-time payment.
The checkout page calls the same course “$49 per month.”
That may be a website mistake.
The public pages do not explain it.
Customers should confirm the billing terms before entering a card number.
Hormones already deliver enough surprises.
Add $350 for the Laboratory Option
Customers can add a $350 “Foundational + Hormones” blood panel containing more than 59 biomarkers.
The list includes blood counts, metabolic markers, cholesterol measures, thyroid tests and antibodies, nutrients and hormones.
The business says buyers receive results with markers outside what it calls optimal ranges flagged and patterns identified.
It also says the information is educational—not a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. The pages say tests can be ordered directly.
They do not identify the ordering clinician or processing laboratory, or say whether specimen-collection fees are included.
A flagged result does not automatically explain fatigue, weight changes or brain fog. Those symptoms can have multiple causes and may require an appropriate medical evaluation.
Coaching Runs $249 Monthly
Holistic Wellness & Coaching also advertises a Wellness Membership at a founding-member rate of $249 per month.
It includes one monthly coaching call, weekly check-ins, ongoing messaging, lifestyle recommendations, laboratory-result education and supplement guidance.
Members receive a 25% discount on supplements purchased through Fullscript.
Additional tests are offered at what the business calls near-wholesale prices.
The website says Kostedt provides education and coaching and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
That boundary matters.
The membership also involves reading laboratory results, discussing patterns and recommending supplements based on results, health history and goals.
“Root Cause” Needs Details
Nutrition, sleep, movement and stress can influence health.
But the original Instagram post does not identify which “healthy” habits supposedly keep people inflamed. It does not define “real healing” or explain how a root cause is established.
The services have price tags. Some important answers remain unpaid—and unanswered.
