The San Marcos Chamber of Commerce will hold its September Coffee Connections gathering Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, from 8 to 9 a.m. at Union Cowork.
Christophe Rull Patisserie is the host.

Christophe Rull Patisserie is scheduled to celebrate its first anniversary Sunday, Sept. 13—three days before Coffee Connections.
The business says Christophe and Wilma Rull established their first brick-and-mortar shop in North City. Its anniversary listing says the patisserie opened in 2025.
The business describes itself as a family-run neighborhood pastry shop.
Christophe is identified as its pastry chef. The company says Wilma oversees front-of-house operations, accounting, human resources, marketing and administration.
The pastries may get photographed.
The spreadsheets still have deadlines.
Food Network identifies Christophe as a Halloween Wars competitor and San Marcos patisserie owner. Chocolate Academy describes him as a French-born pastry chef with more than 20 years of experience and identifies him as a U.S. Chocolate Master.
The Coffee Connections listing does not promise that Christophe or Wilma will speak or attend personally.
It does not identify the refreshments, either.
A patisserie is hosting.
Optimism is understandable.
Croissants remain officially unconfirmed.

Congrats to Christophe Rull Patisserie on the anniversary! I walked by last week and the place smelled amazing.
Every time I read about North City there’s a new business in there. That spot is hopping lately.
Tommy LeeRight? I work nearby and it feels like something new pops up every month. Makes lunch breaks way more interesting.
I hope they actually have pastries at this coffee thing. Would be kind of a tease if not.
