Burgeon Beer Company’s The Grove is a downtown Vista taproom at 501 S Santa Fe Avenue, in Paseo Artist Village. Its 18 taps pour a rotating selection of core beers and fresh releases, including lagers, pilsners, pale ales and IPAs. The room uses reclaimed-wood tables and design details tied to the surrounding Vista arts community. Guests can sit inside or on the patio, and dogs are welcome in the taproom. Burgeon also offers beer to go in four-packs, crowlers and growlers. For food, visitors can order from participating local restaurants for delivery to their table; the location also posts a food-truck schedule.
