A New Little Caesars Is Listed in Vista. Its Plaza Just Changed Hands.

The Hacienda Drive restaurant is part of Sunroad Plaza, where a property sale and a pizza announcement arrived in the same week.

One new pizza sign.

One shopping center sale.

And two Hacienda Drive addresses that could send a hungry person to the wrong door.

Little Caesars lists a restaurant at 435 Hacienda Drive, Suite 200, in Vista. An opening announcement says the store is serving customers, though it does not give the exact day service began.

On September 24, real estate firm JLL announced the sale of Sunroad Plaza, the center that includes the restaurant.

The pizza is the obvious news.

The plaza has a story, too.

435 for Pizza. 485 for the Plaza.

Little Caesars identifies the new storefront as store #21431. Its listed phone number is 760-542-2930.

JLL identifies Sunroad Plaza at 485 Hacienda Drive. That is the address it uses for the overall property. Little Caesars gives 435 Hacienda Drive, Suite 200, for the restaurant.

Same development. Different number.

A small detail, unless you are driving around looking for dinner.

BODYBAR Pilates lists Suite 100 in the same 435 Hacienda building. JLL also names restaurants, drink shops and a veterinary hospital among the plaza’s tenants.

Pizza and Pilates share an address.

No judgment about which errand comes first.

Vista already has a Little Caesars listed on East Vista Way. Older retail records also show a location at 2020 Hacienda Drive, but they do not establish whether that store operates today.

So a confident count of Vista’s current Little Caesars restaurants would be a guess.

The new storefront address is not.

What the Sale Actually Means

JLL says Sunroad Enterprises sold Sunroad Plaza to an investor. JLL represented the seller and listed Little Caesars among the center’s tenants.

The shopping center changed hands.

The announcement does not describe a sale of the Little Caesars business.

JLL calls the plaza a recently developed retail center. A property report hosted by Vista’s Economic Development Department had listed Little Caesars in the 435 Hacienda building months before the opening announcement.

That tells us the restaurant was planned.

It does not tell us when the first pizza was sold.

Real estate paperwork is useful. It is rarely a reliable dinner diary.

Check the Details Before You Go

The Little Caesars store page features pizzas and sides, including Crazy Bread, Crazy Puffs and Caesar Wings.

The opening announcement says the restaurant operates daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. That complete weekly schedule could not be independently confirmed from the accessible company listing.

The store page says online ordering is coming soon. A separate company ordering page has shown ordering as unavailable for this location.

In other words, check the app before promising anyone a pickup order.

The announcement also mentions a future grand-opening celebration with giveaways and entertainment. It gives no date.

For now, here is what residents can use: the company lists a new storefront in Sunroad Plaza, JLL has announced the plaza’s sale, and the restaurant has a phone number for questions that change by the day.
